Pennsylvania's DGS Bureau of Procurement has developed a process for use by local governments, school districts, universities, and state agencies in the event of a Governor-declared state of emergency.  As a listed supplier, we are available to provide goods and services to local governments and state agencies in case of an emergency, such as with COVID-19. 

 COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (together "Members") are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost-effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.
